Drawing Objects
Like indicators, drawing objects are inserted in charts and used to perform market studies. Certain drawing objects, such as lines, are used to highlight price movement in a chart.
Each drawing object, (including trend and horizontal lines), contains its own set of parameters that can be changed to alter the way object is displayed.
Cross Tool and Cross Line
Cross Tool and Cross Line are very similar analysis tools so we will refer them as one. Cross Tool is an analysis tool that allows you to view price values for a specific date or time increment in the chart, using the Data Info view window. The Cross Tool is helpful when analyzing relative moves of indicator and price plots, and spotting support and resistance levels. Displaying the Cross Tool automatically opens the Data Info view window.
The Data Info window displays information on the symbol price, applied study and other drawing objects for the intersection at which the Cross Tool is applied.
